Superchargers are generally reliable, due in part to the relatively small number of rotating parts aided by quality materials and manufacture machining accuracy. Unfortunately this does not guarantee trouble free performance indefinitely. Depending on the specific Supercharger design,  the very high rotational speeds which increase the loads and forces on some components,  can be exacerbated in some cases with lack of maintenance or lubrication.  The bearings, gears and other stressed components  can at the very least give rise to Supercharger noise and  components can ultimately fail. A Supercharger rebuild  or Supercharger repair can in many instances be conducted, but this is dependent on the level of damage sustained to the Supercharger.

For Eaton Supercharger rebuild  M45 M62 M90 M112  Series. Eaton TVS R410 TVS R900 TVS R1040  TVS R1320 series  and other Manufacturer Roots.  Sprintex, Lysholm and Whipple  Twinscrew type Superchargers. These Superchargers are fitted to the likes of Audi, Jaguar, Lotus, Kawasaki, Mazda, Mercedes and Mini Cooper s.

Kasaimoto also rebuild Centrifugal Supercharger types, Albrex Superchargers, Kawasaki  Superchargers, Seadoo Superchargers,  Vortech Superchargers and Yamaha Superchargers. Operating at very high rotational speeds the bearings and seals can and do suffer in these units.

Eaton M45 M62 M90 M112 Series, TVS R Series  Main Rotor Case Rear Bearing & Seals only rebuild  -  £250.00  -  Includes OEM bearings/seals.  Clean, strip, inspect, needle bearings.

COOPER S M45 PTO End Cover only, Bearing & Seal rebuild  -  £75.00  -  Includes clean, strip, inspect serviceability, new bearing & seal.

COOPER S M45 PTO End Cover PLUS Main Case PTO Bearing & Seal  -  £255.00  -  Includes clean, strip, inspect serviceability, new needle bearing and PTO rotor shaft seal.

COOPER S M45 Standard rebuild. Main Case PTO Bearing & Seal  -  £350.00  -   Includes standard rebuild includes clean, full component inspection, drive nose rebuild, rear case needle bearings, main case PTO seal, main case PTO needle bearing, oil both drive case & PTO transmission.

COOPER S M45 Main Case PLUS  -  £550.00  -   Includes Standard rebuild plus PTO cover bearing, seal and also new PTO drive gears.
