Delivery & Returns Policy

Orders are generally packed ready for shipping within 24 hours of your order being received by Kasaimoto Ltd. Exemptions include a) pre-order items, b) made to order / custom orders, for example items that have been chosen in a non-standard paint finish, or items that are manufactured to order, c) out of stock items. We do our best to ensure that items with longer than usual lead times are clearly stated on the site, and / or customers are made aware after ordering.

Although we make every effort to deliver items within 1-2 days or within the timescales stated on our website, we cannot guarantee that couriers or delivery agents won't fail in their duty to deliver goods successfully and on time. The delivery contract is between Kasaimoto Ltd and the courier, Kasaimoto Ltd may however require the customer's assistance to provide evidence or other information to the courier.

In the event of an item being lost during delivery by the courier, Kasaimoto Ltd is unable to send out a replacement until the courier confirms that they cannot locate the item or the item is returned back to us. In this instance we would advise the customer re-orders if they require the item sooner, and Kasaimoto Ltd will arrange a full refund once the original item is returned or confirmed lost.

If ordering from abroad, please ensure items are legal / can be imported into your country. Refunds will not be provided if items are confiscated and disposed of by customs.

Delivery charges are based on weight (kgs) within the UK and Europe, International orders are based on volumetric weight and may be more than what you pay at checkout. Please email for International shipping costs. Charges are the same when ordering online, by email or over the phone and include VAT. Items if in stock are dispatched sent on a next working day service See section below for more details.

Europe For European orders, parcels are sent by DPD.  Delivery time takes between 3-7 working days depending on country.

International Charges are based on volumetric weight and take from 4-10 working days depending on country. (see Payment terms) Any orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to an import charge depending on your country. Kasaimoto Ltd is not liable for any import charges and always displays the full value of an order, on the invoice. (see Payment & Order terms)

Please note: Our shipping prices are occasionally subject to change. Kasaimoto Ltd reserves the right to contact you with a shipping amendment if necessary.

Risk – The goods ordered shall be at the risk of the intending purchaser as soon as they leave the seller’s premises. We advise to always select carriage insurance when ordering products to insure against loss or damage in transit. There are various online companies that can provide this service. RETURNS POLICY To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the undamaged condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened packaging and in a resale condition.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, or proof of postage that items have been returned within this time. For returns made outside of the returns period, Kasaimoto Ltd reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15% or decline returns. After 28 days no returns will be accepted. Non-returnable items: Custom made / ordered products / services To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact Kasaimoto Ltd prior to sending items back, to ensure the correct details are included in the return, and it is sent back to the correct address.

Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original and return shipping/packaging will not be included in the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should always consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and cannot refund or exchange items that we do not receive.

Refunds -  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please be aware that some banks, card companies and payment provider may take up to 2 weeks for a credit to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds -  If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Purchaser Claims  - Any claim relating to goods delivered or supplied must be made in writing promptly and in any event within 48Hrs of the event giving rise to the claim.

YOUR RIGHTS - Kasaimoto Ltd is committed to offering quality products and the very highest levels of customer care and satisfaction. In return we ask our customers to adhere to our trading terms, which we believe to be fair and reasonable. These terms do not however affect your statutory rights. DISPUTES - All disputes or disagreements which cannot be resolved by negotiation will be settled by UK legislation. All legal matters will be dealt with in accordance with the law and statues in the United Kingdom as directed by Kasaimoto Ltd.
