Complete rebuild, Polymer Rotor coat , Bearings , Seals & PTO Gears.

The Cooper s M45 Supercharger is well known for certain problems which only increases the higher the mileage and Rpm demands. This is especially true for the rear PTO and its associated components that usually begin to fail due to the loss of oil lubricant from the rear transmission case through aged seals and this invariably leads to serious component failure of the gears & bearings. The often used method of topping up the oil will only delay the inevitable destruction.

The Input drive components have received new bearings, new seals and a new drive coupler, Gears inspected and the case filled with the correct Oil type and volume.

The Rotor Pack gear plate has been fully rebuilt with new high quality bearings from leading manufacturers along with high performance rotor shaft seals that are able to withstand the heat from high rotational friction and seal the Oil and Boost. Kasaimoto consider this a benefit since not rebuilding the Rotor pack can only to be placing trust in components of unknown quality/life and is potentially risking future failure. The rotors have been stripped and recoated to the correct coat depth to give the correct clearances internally.

Main Case rear Needle roller bearings have been replaced with OEM bearings and lubricated with the correct Specification and amount of high performance grease.

The Rear PTO transmission is restored with new Gears, new bearings throughout, new Rotor shaft seal, new PTO Output shaft seal and filled with correct Oil type and Volume.

Sealing surfaces treated with the correct Anerobic sealer.
